All of our fees are transparent. We have no hidden costs and if you want more information about where your money gets spent, then just ask.

All you need to do is choose which service you would like us to provide you with.

Below is a breakdown of our costs. Most landlords choose our Full Management service, which means that we will take care of everything. For those experienced landlords with more time to manage the property, we have a Tenant find only service.
